The Asthma & COPD Audit & Review Toolkit supports healthcare practitioners in proactively and opportunistically identifying asthma and COPD patients who are at risk of poor outcomes due to the presence of risk factor(s) as identified by the National Review of Asthma Deaths and National COPD Audit Programme. The aim is to identify patients who will benefit most from a review without contributing unduly to practice workload burden.
